And it’s easier than ever! The Snom M9B can be powered by battery as well as by USB power adapter, making it flexible and retrofittable to almost any location.

The Snom M9B Beacon works as a Bluetooth satellite that is connected to an M900 DECT base station via a DECT data connection. The beacon itself constantly sends out Bluetooth signals to scan registered devices in its vicinity. The 4 antennas integrated in the M9B enable precise live location of a registered device thanks to beamforming in the near-field range of 1-15 metres and report this information in real time to the nearest M900 base station. At the same time, the M9B is compatible with many Bluetooth beacons from well-known manufacturers such as iBeacon, AltBeacon or Eddystome.

With the new M900 base station, we are opening a new chapter in professional and modern multi-cell DECT technology.

The new easy-to-use base station comes not only in a completely new design, but also with new, versatile functions. In addition to an integrated DECT manager, the M900 also offers DECT and LAN synchronization. The integrated DECT manager manages all base stations in one installation and ensures constant availability and seamless handover. This means that calls are seamlessly transferred between the individual base stations – even across floors or buildings.

Security is a top priority in daily business communication. With the integrated TLS encryption, the M900 base station also sets absolute standards in terms of encryption.

The Snom M900 is versatile, whether in office buildings, warehouses or hospitals. However, industrial environments often also require powerful multi-cell solutions to reliably supply large, free-standing areas with DECT connectivity. To meet this requirement, Snom offers its customers a robust, multi-tested housing that has been specially built for our state-of-the-art DECT base station.

Certified to IP55 – impervious to dust and splash/rainwater

The M900 Outdoor has an IP55 classification (International Protection Code) certifying that it is impervious to dust and especially splash or rainwater. The M900 outdoor protects the base station safely and reliably in all weather conditions. At the same time, the housing also offers enough space to accommodate additional devices, such as a heating unit (not included).

The M900 Outdoor is the perfect solution for using the M900 outdoors or in extreme environments. The base station and housing ensures reliable operation of the M900 in all weather conditions thanks to its robust construction and IP55 protection class.

The Snom M70 DECT handset is the perfect office all-rounder for unlimited workplace mobility. The handset is not only extremely light and compact, it is also exceptionally robust thanks to its high standard of manufacturing quality and protective outer cover. Consequently, the M70 not only cushions the occasional fall, but is also protected to the MIL-STD-810g industry standard and can easily withstand falls of up to 2 meters. This makes the M70 the perfect companion in the office, in a warehouse or on outdoor premises.

In addition to its outstanding manufacturing quality, the modern DECT telephone also has a high-resolution LCD colour screen and enables wireless telephony in the best HD audio quality and at long range. All well-known Bluetooth headsets can be paired with the M70 to further increase telephone comfort.

Alongside its wide range of telephony functions, the Snom M70 also offers a freely programmable alarm button on the top of the device. This button can be used, for example, to call for help in an emergency, open doors and much more.

Also completely new is the integrated Bluetooth tag which, in combination with the Snom BLE Beacons, enables a variety of new functions.

This wall mounted repeater increases the reception range of the M700 and M300 base stations, allowing for free movement between stations and for DECT calls to continue uninterrupted as the speaker moves around an area.

With a range of up to 300 meters outdoors and approximately 50 meters indoors, the base station provides broad coverage, which can be extended by adding up to three M5 repeaters.
